What you will do​

​

  • SAP HANA Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement SAP HANA-based solutions. 
  • Data Modeling: Develop efficient data models that ensure high performance, scalability, and flexibility to support complex analytical queries and reporting needs.
  • ETL and Data Integration: Design and implement efficient data integration solutions using SAP HANA's capabilities to load and transform data from various source systems into the SAP HANA platform.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and fine-tune existing SAP HANA models and queries to optimize performance, ensuring a responsive and efficient user experience.
  • Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance best practices and ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor SAP HANA performance, address any issues or bottlenecks, and troubleshoot technical problems related to SAP HANA configurations and queries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HANA solutions.


What we are looking for​

Requirements​

 

  • SAP HANA: modeling (Calculation Views), SQLScript, Procedures/Functions, performance optimization (PlanViz, partitioning, indexes).
  • XS Classic (XSJS) and XS Advanced (Node.js/Java); HDI Containers, Roles/Privileges.
  • OData/REST service exposure; security and authorization.
  • Migration XSC → XSA (refactoring, dependencies, build/deploy).
  • Git, CI/CD pipelines, transports (HDI/MTAR).
  • Design best practices for native HANA apps and integration with S/4.

 

Nice to have​

 

  • SAP S/4 HANA Certifications
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform)
  • Travel availability
  • CAP (Node/Java), Business Application Studio, experience with BTP/Cloud Foundry.
