What we do​
​

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.



What you will do​

​

  • Support gathering of requirements, design, and blueprint workshops
  • Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, and configurations documents
  • Configuration of SAP FPSL
  • Guide and support customer for dedicated topics
  • Support integration topics from business requirement perspective
  • Support Training and Test phases including transition to production support
  • Ensure system implementation is as per requirements and Business Blueprint
  • Successfully prepare and present demos to showcase msg global and SAP processes and tools

 


What we are looking for​

Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Risk departments in the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work and technical environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment onsite with the customer or remotely
  • Ability to travel up to 80% both domestic and international (short and long term)
  • Visa sponsorship will be processed for the right candidate

 

Nice to have​

  • Implementation experience or production support, and/or operations for SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA for Financial Services modules (example FI-GL, FI-AP/AR, FI-AA, FI-CO) or SAP modules for Banking including operations systems (example SF-CML, FS-Loans/Deposits Management)
  • Financial Services Regulatory reporting experience (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Experience and/or understanding in financial accounting and reporting practices (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Accounting designation (CA/CPA/etc.)
  • Understanding of Banking products and processes

  • Competitive salaries and a broad range of benefits which are highlighted below. The salary range for this position in the US are $95,000 to $155,000. Individual salaries within this range is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, education and knowledge. The salary range is not inclusive of the generous discretionary bonus that is also part of the full package.
