What we do

The Business Unit Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM and Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC). We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, intercompany transfer pricing, product and service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds and liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. We help our clients in many industries across the globe become more profitable and sustainable, increase operational transparency and control, and create a better basis for decision-making. What you will do

  • Stay up-to-date on guidelines, policies, trends, and best practices related to sustainability reporting / CSR
  • Work with customers on gathering sustainability related business requirements and turn these into specific system design specifications
  • Provide expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.) in the areas of corporate sustainability and EU-Taxonomy (SFDR/NFRD)
  • Lead sustainability engagements, from pre- to post-sales and services
  • Manage client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with team of consultants
  • Hands-on ability to create and maintain PaPM models and environments (after training)
  • Responsible for achieving key business outcomes while adhering to project goals and deadlines
  • Continuing education in our SAP Software Solutions and knowledge transfer
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be added as required


What we are looking for​

Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree focusing on Climate Change, Environmental Science and Management, Environmental Economics, Climate and Energy policy, or a related field
  • Relevant consulting experience or extensive corporate experience
  • First industry experience in the area of sustainability, for instance GHG inventory, ESG, CSR, climate change, GRI, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, sustainable investing, etc., preferably in combination with IT, either in development or implementation
  • Experience in full life-cycle software solutions implementations,
  • Experience implementing and understanding data model solutions preferred
  • Business fluency in English, other language skills are advantageous
  • Technical knowledge in SQL preferred
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with the passion and drive to be part of a continuously growing business
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen combined with the professional consulting skills necessary to create solutions that take into account business objectives and financial requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, adjust direction and priorities within fast paced and multi-faceted work environment through strong organization, time, detail and process management orientation
  • Good presentation and communication skills
