Your responsibilities at msg global
- Identify potential customers to position msg global products & services & achieving product and service sales quotas across different solution verticals and geographies in Asia
- Opening the doors to such potential new customers and schedule pre-sales activities
- Build, maintain and improve relations with existing and potential clients
- Qualify customer needs and determine how we can add value to our customers
- Work closely with SAP and other partners to develop business, in particular support and where necessary drive SAP sales to conclude the software deal, and at the same time ensure that msg global gets a part of the service deal.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities in collaboration with presales teams and target both product and services sales for the company
- Create and manage pipeline of opportunities for sustainable growth
- Prepare RFI and RFP responses and bids for tenders
- Follow up after contract signature acting as the voice of the customer and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and implement a sales plan that aligns with business objectives, targeting key accounts, industries, and geographies to maximize revenue opportunities for both products and services
Your Professional Skills
- Positive attitude, high motivation, innovative thinking and passion for creating value for customers
- Minimum -10 years work experience in selling IT services and/or software
- Business acumen and knowledge of industries such as insurance, retail, consumer goods, transportation, energy
- Experiences with SAP and/or Analytics solution would be an advantage
- Proven communication and presentation skills and ability to maintain solid network and relationships
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Preferably University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences or a similar subject
