What we do

The Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred FPSL solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

  • Analysis of customer requirements and data for the S/4HANA Financial Products Subledger (& in compliance with the upcoming IFRS 17 accounting standard)
  • Prepare customer data for processing in sub ledger accounting
  • Processing of data and analyzing of the results regarding their functional correctness, & thereafter to prepare and present the results back to the client
  • Configuring & adjustments to the sub ledger accounting module to meet the customer requirements and provide solutions by investigating errors occurred during the processing.
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.


What we are looking for


  • Possess a minimum Degree in accounting or actuarial science / 2nd degree in the respective other field of accounting and actuarial science or computer science
  • Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience (Big4, System Integrator, Insurance, Banking)
  • Experienced with SAP in the field of Financial Services (BA, IA, FPSL, S/4HANA G/L, FI-GL, FS-CD, FS-RI etc.)
  • Understanding of accounting standards (preferably IFRS)
  • End to end project experience on either corporate software in the field of finance and risk or accounting standard implementation projects
  • Project Management and/or leadership experience
  • Confident presentation and communication skills in front of senior level management
  • Fluent in English (Written and verbal communication)
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage (to be able to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients/associates)
  • Wiling to travel worldwide over long periods, around 75% of the project
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills, is proactive and self-motivated
