What We Do & Who We’re Looking For

 

The Finance Business Unit at msg global provides consulting and implementation services focused on digital transformation and finance process innovation for international insurance and banking clients. As SAP’s preferred solution integrator, we offer deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Finance Solutions, as well as project methodologies, accelerators, system training, and ongoing support.

Our team includes consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts working across implementation, data integration, and reporting projects — forming one of the largest and most experienced SAP Finance teams in the world.

 

We are currently seeking two new colleagues to join our growing team:

  • One Consultant – for professionals with at least 3 years of experience;
  • One Senior Consultant – for professionals with 5+ years of relevant experience and leadership potential;

 

The roles are ideal for individuals who are structured, analytical, and passionate about delivering real value in complex SAP finance environments.

 

What You Will Do

 

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Support delivery of complex SAP projects for finance clients;
  • Engage in all implementation phases of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP);
  • Analyze functional and integration requirements;
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide SAP programs and global rollouts;
  • Grow your knowledge of SAP’s latest solutions;
  • Participate in client workshops and support solution design;

 

As a Senior Consultant, in addition to the above, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance projects (Public and Private Cloud);
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, and client communication on large engagements;
  • Work with senior stakeholders and support business development;
  • Drive internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants;
  • Contribute to BU strategy, RFPs, and client solution architecture.

 

What We Expect

 

For the Consultant Role:

  • 3+ years of SAP consulting/implementation experience;
  • Involvement in end-to-end project delivery;
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance core modules;
  • Openness to learn different finance solutions, like FI-CA or FS-CD;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to periodically travel;

 

For the Senior Consultant Role:

  • 5+ years of relevant SAP project experience;
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage large-scale projects;
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, especially in complex business environments;
  • Business acumen and consultative mindset;
  • Experience working with international and multicultural teams;
  • Openness to learn different finance solutions, like FI-CA or FS-CD
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to periodically travel.

 

Nice to Have (Both Roles):

 

  • Experience with FS-CD, FI-CA, or SAP BPC;
  • Technical understanding (ABAP) or SAP certification;
  • Agile methodology familiarity (SCRUM, ASAP);
  • Experience in insurance, finance, or reinsurance industries;
  • Fluency in French.
