The purpose of your role: Empowering people, shaping growth
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in building an environment where people can thrive. By managing core HR processes, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with local laws, you will help strengthen the foundation that enables msg global solutions to grow - both as a business and as a community. Your work will not only support individuals in their daily journey but also contribute to a workplace where talent, purpose, and innovation meet.
How you will contribute
- Be the go-to partner: Support local employees and managers in all HR-related matters, guiding them through the employee lifecycle -from onboarding to offboarding.
- Drive operational excellence: Manage day-to-day HR processes, including payroll coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
- Keep our systems running smoothly: Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and ensure HR data is accurate, reliable, and up to date.
- Shape employee experience: Administer benefits, take care of our office, and contribute to practices that foster a fair and engaging workplace.
- Collaborate across functions: Work closely with IT, Finance, Marketing, and other teams.
- Bring people together: Organize and support local events such as team-building activities and CSR initiatives, creating a vibrant workplace culture.
- Think globally, act locally: Contribute to domestic and international HR projects, ensuring local practices align with global standards.
What you will need
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, ideally with exposure to multiple HR domains.
- Advanced English skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and resolve complex HR challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional client service mindset and interpersonal communication skills.
