HRIS and HR Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

This is a combined role of an HR Data Analyst and HRIS tool support, which is the main source for HR data. Main duties require collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, creating metrics, and statistics, but also providing internal support for HRIS tool. 


What will you do?

  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS: SAP SuccessFactors) and salary benchmarking tools
  • Analyze data and prepare regular (monthly) and custom reports. Present and explain findings to the senior leadership
  • Act as internal support for HRIS tool. Resolve some of the HRIS related issues via ticketing system
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy, document process and create manuals and trainings
  • Support various initiatives related to HRIS tool development, as part of the team
  • Participate in global HR projects and performs other duties as assigned


What experiences you should have?

  • Excellent analytical skills and orientation to details
  • Be tech-savvy, comfortable with tools, numbers, data, and analytics
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS (SuccessFactors), reporting tools, or other employee management softwares
  • Proficient and comfortable with working in Excel
  • Additional Power Query skills are an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in HR or related data analytics in a multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
