Tired of manual builds, unstable deployments and logs that go silent exactly when you need them most?

We’re looking for a Java developer who wants orderly pipelines, predictable systems and a real voice in technical decisions.
You’ll work on an internal process platform for teams in Germany as part of a new Java/DevOps team we’re building in Bulgaria.

msg global solutions is part of msg, an independent, international group of companies with more than 10,000 employees around the world.We are expanding our engineering capabilities with a dedicated Java & DevOps unit that designs, builds, and operates cloud-native services — including Java/Spring microservices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), reverse proxies, and Linux operations. 

 

Core focus of the role 

We are looking for a Java Developer with a DevOps profilefor whomwith German language proficiency at a good working level (B2+/C1) is a mandatory requirement. Technical skills beyond the core are treated as add-ons, not blockers. The key priorities are a solid engineering foundation, confident communication in German, and a clear willingness to learn and grow into the Camunda ecosystem. 

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Core / Must-have) 

  • German language – minimum B2, preferably C1 

  • Ability to participate in technical discussions, meetings, and written communication 

  • Direct collaboration with German-speaking clients and teams 

  • Java – solid core knowledge 

  • Experience with Java (8+), OOP, SOLID principles 

  • Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot 

  • Engineering mindset 

  • Understanding of production environments 

  • Responsibility for quality, stability, and maintainability 

  • Openness to learning Camunda (7/8) 

  • Previous Camunda experience is not mandatory 

  • Motivation and ability to ramp up quickly are expected 

 

ADVANTAGES / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS 

(Lack of any of the following is not a blocker)

  •  Experience with Camunda (7 or 8) – BPMN, processes, workers - DevOps experience:
  •  Docker / containerization - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  •  Cloud or container orchestration: - Kubernetes / Helm - Experience with:
  •  REST APIs, message-based architectures
  •  SQL databases
  •  Knowledge of monitoring / logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) 

 

What we deliberately do NOT require 

  • Mastery of the entire technology stack 

  • Long-term or expert-level Camunda experience 

  • A “perfect match” profile — we value a strong core + German language + growth mindset
