The purpose of your role: Building the foundations for global impact

 

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic learning initiatives that enable our team members across the globe to grow, lead, and innovate. By shaping how we learn and develop, you will help unlock potential, not just within our organization, but in the industries and communities we serve.

 

How you will contribute

  • Shape the strategy for growth: Define and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports organizational goals and prepares our people for future challenges.
  • Drive impactful learning initiatives: Lead the design and delivery of transformative learning programs that address critical areas such as sustainability, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Elevate our systems: Oversee the management, optimization, and innovation of our Learning Management Systems, integrating AI-driven tools and technologies to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience for a diverse, multinational workforce.
  • Foster innovation in learning: Develop and champion new approaches to learning, including eLearning, blended learning, and immersive content that inspire our teams to excel.
  • Measure outcomes and refine solutions: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions: Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR colleagues to align learning initiatives with business priorities and drive meaningful change.

 

What you will need to excel

  • A degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant number of years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful training programs.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Extensive experience in Change Management, including driving organizational transformations and fostering adaptability to new processes and systems.
  • Consulting experience or experience within business consulting industry will be a plus.
  • Proven expertise in HR Development, encompassing strategic planning, talent development, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System technology landscape
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A results-driven mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
