Solution Architect SAP CX / C/4 HANA

What will you do?

  • Lead and establish the Canadian CX practice and introduce the overall technical vision for CX services
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise of best practices in use of SAP Customer Experience (CX)
  • Support msg and SAP sales team with pre-sales activities
  • Lead CX implementation projects, especially for SAP CX / Hybris Financial Services Accelerator (FSA)
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Provide recommendations for improving technical strategies, approaches and solutions
  • Coordinate with business process owners as well as functional and technical staff to design, customize and implement SAP CX solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Provide guidance and consultancy to business users and other functional consultants 
  • Collaborate with our global CX team in Europe and Asia

What experiences you should have?

  • Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and delivering SAP CX solutions 
  • Good Knowledge of SAP Hybris Platform and development experience 
  • Adept in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to analysis & recommendations, project planning, implementation, through realization and going live
  • Deep knowledge in agile project methodologies
  • Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a distinct willingness to learn
  • Minimum of two end-to-end CX, C/4 HANA (Hybris) implementations 
  • Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge on Database like HANA, Oracle, SQL Server
  • Experience on DataHub and other integration frameworks
  • Experience on integrating with various backend systems majorly SAP modules
  • Experience on writing REST services, understanding of ODATA services
  • Knowledge on SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
  • Knowledge on SAP Marketing Cloud (B2B Marketing, Segmentation, Campaign, Marketing Analytics etc.)
  • Knowledge on SAP Sales and Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written

Nice to have skills

  • Experience on various accelerator like B2C, B2B, Financial Accelerator, Public Accelerator etc.
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Hybris Cloud 
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish
