The Human Resources department takes care of the company’s most important resource - its employees. Our HR experts seek the best individuals to meet the msg global business objectives. What you will do​

HR Advisory & Operations

  • Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees in Benelux; ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage payroll coordination, employee data, documents, and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Handle employee relations, sickness/insurance administration, reintegration, and offboarding.
  • Oversee health & safety programs and support updates to HR policies and processes.

International Mobility & Travel

  • Coordinate relocations, visas/work permits (incl. 30% ruling), and business travel compliance.
  • Act as main contact for mobility-related processes and support continuous improvements.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment (mainly referrals) and partner with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and related HR administration.

HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support rollout of global HR initiatives and maintain clear HR documentation and guidelines.

Benefits & Vendor Management

  • Oversee Benelux employee benefits and vendor coordination; ensure compliance and payroll alignment.


What we are looking for​

 

We are looking for a candidate to temporarily cover parental leave (Feb start, 8–12 months).

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (in economics, legal, human resources, business administration or similar area)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in human resources
  • Experience in processing payroll
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local employment and benefits laws
  • Language skills: English and Dutch
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to problem solve, accurately evaluate and analyze information and apply knowledge to resolve issues

 

Nice to have​

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust direction and priorities as needed
  • Comfortable communicating with employees of all levels and exceptional client service experience
  • SAP Success Factors experience
