What we do​

 

The Food & Manufacturing Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.


 

What you will do

 

  • Mapping the client's business processes in SAP to ensure that the implemented system meets the customer's needs in the client system landscape
  • Proven knowledge in the modules SAP MM or QM on consulting level
  • Writing functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery
  • Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and manage integration and including test cases
  • Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes
  • Learn and gain expert level knowledge of the various logistics modules in standard SAP S/4HANA, our solutions SAP Dairy Management by msg and / or SAP Meat & Fish Management by msg
  • As a project owner you will take care for the successful migration in materials management, quality management and production
  • Manage a high-performing team and run implementation projects by communicating value propositions

 

 What we are looking for

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant experience with SAP in one or more of the following industries Food, Beverage, Agriculture, consumer food products, industrial food products, manufacturing
  • Experience in a similar SAP Production & Logistics Senior Consultant position with large end users or SAP Partners
  • An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
  • Demonstrated profound experience within SAP MM and/or QM modules and their integration to PP/PP-PI and other logistics modules
  • Experience on at least 2 full end-to-end SAP Implementation
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality
  • Good understanding of food industry and business processes
  • Language Skills: English & Croatian (proficient)

 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of other SAP logistics modules
  • S/4HANA certification and/or experience
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans
  • Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations
  • Previous experience working in international environment
  • Leadership role in multiple implementations
