What you will do 

 

  • ​​Work in a cross-functional team of Analytics Engineers, Business and Technology Subject Matter Experts, and Data Scientists to analyze real world business scenarios and challenges.
  • Analyze requirements and data from various industries, sources, customers, and data providers to deliver high-quality analysis results tailored to business needs and scenarios.
  • Derive deep insights from the analysis, translate them into technical requirements, design and develop high-performance analytical solutions embodied in SAP PaPM Cloud and other SAP applications.
  • Create compelling and descriptive stories with data visualizations out of analysis results, transform datasets into self-explanatory and easy-to-read reports and dashboards for business decision-making.
  • Validate the analytical solutions and assure their quality and interpretability; Ensure their release within SAP PaPM Cloud to deliver business values to customers.
  • Document solutions, processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and ease of understanding for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and support customers and partners in the process of developing new use cases and analytical solutions in SAP PaPM Cloud.

 


What we are looking for

​Requirements​

  • University degree in business analysis, business IT, data engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience designing analytical solutions using conventional analytics platforms; experience with SAP PaPM Cloud, SAC, or SAP Datasphere is preferred.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as SAP BOBI, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar.
  • Experience with scripting and data analysis packages like SQL, Python, R, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Intellectually curious self-starter with passion for analytics, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to develop a deep understanding of  SAP PaPM Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate information and data, communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, anticipate obstacles, and develop strategic plans for resolution.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to following rigorous quality processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-oriented environment, effectively manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, high-performance setting, even under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Professional fluency in English, good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues, deliver presentations, and prepare formal written reports.
